Order enquiries

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For damaged or incorrect items, email photographs of the item and packaging where possible.

Delivery

Orders normally dispatch within 2–3 days, plus shipping time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates.

Returns

To request a return, email us with your order details. We will confirm the next steps and appropriate return address. See our Returns & Refund Policy for the terms, including personalised products.

Custom merchandise

Tell us which product you need, the quantity and any deadline. If a product has a “Customize it” button, you can use the online designer. For artwork requirements or help with a front-and-back design, contact us before ordering.
