RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At K Merch, we want you to be happy with your purchase. As many of our products are printed or manufactured to order, our returns and refunds policy reflects the nature of these products while respecting your statutory consumer rights.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Faulty
• Incorrect
• Significantly different from the product description

please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue. We may request photographs or other information to help us investigate the problem.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. This may include:

• A replacement
• A repair
• A refund

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Change of Mind

For standard, non-personalised goods purchased online, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Personalised or genuinely bespoke goods may be excluded from these cancellation rights where permitted by law. Simply being made to order does not automatically mean that an item is exempt from cancellation rights.

Where a cancellation right applies, the item must generally be returned in accordance with the applicable requirements.

Personalised and Custom Products

Products that have been personalised or produced to a customer's specific requirements may not be eligible for cancellation or return simply because the customer has changed their mind, where permitted by law.

This does not affect your statutory rights where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not meet the requirements of consumer law.

Refunds

Where a refund is agreed, it will normally be made using the original payment method.

Refund times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution used.
