These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the K Merch website.

K Merch is operated by Kontour Productions. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours and pricing are accurate.

As many products are printed or manufactured to order, minor variations in colour, positioning, print finish or appearance may occur. Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a fault.

Colours displayed on different screens or devices may also vary from the final physical product.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in GBP (£), unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout using the payment methods made available through Shopify.

Orders will not normally enter production until payment has been successfully received.

Orders

Once an order has been placed, we will process it in accordance with these Terms and the information provided at checkout.

If we identify an issue with your order, artwork, product availability or other relevant information, we may contact you using the details provided when placing your order.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where production has already begun, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order, particularly where the product has been personalised or produced specifically to your requirements.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights that may apply.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, designs and other materials displayed on the K Merch website remain the property of K Merch, Kontour Productions or their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any such material without appropriate written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty, incorrectly described or unsuitable goods. UK consumer contracts cannot generally exclude these statutory protections.

Subject to the above, K Merch will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Archers Merchandise

K Merch is the official fulfilment and distribution partner for The Archers merchandise range.

K Merch does not manufacture or print The Archers merchandise directly. Production is carried out by a third-party manufacturing partner on behalf of the rights holder.

If you experience an issue with an order, including print quality, manufacturing defects or product quality, please contact the K Merch team in the first instance. We will manage the enquiry and, where necessary, liaise with the relevant manufacturing partner to investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the applicable courts of England and Wales.
